      北京好热啊，不过家里还挺凉快的。

今天看到歌罗西书中两段很好的经文，教我们如何蒙神的喜悦，如何行事；又教导我们当常存温柔，言语优雅和悦，行在智慧中，特别摘抄出来：

歌罗西书1: 9--14
9因此，我們自從聽見的日子，也就為你們不住地禱告祈求，愿你們在一切屬靈的智慧悟性上，滿心知道　神的旨意；
【niv】For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding.
【nasb】For this reason also, since the day we heard of it, we have not ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,

歌罗西书4: 5--6
5你們要愛惜光陰，用智慧與外人交往。

6你們的言語要常常帶著和氣，好象用鹽調和，就可知道該怎樣回答各人。
【niv】Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.

      今天听丁慧姐讲了一个故事。她说，你看大自然是多么神奇：我们总为蝴蝶破茧而出的艰苦挣扎而感叹，于是有人希望减轻蝴蝶的痛苦，就在幼虫还在用力向茧外钻的时候把茧剪破了。这人本以为帮助了幼虫，却发现这只没有经过挤压就钻出茧的蛹，却没有长出翅膀，而那些自己钻出茧的幼虫都变成了会飞的蝴蝶。原来只有经过艰难的破壳而出，蛹的体液才会被挤压到翅膀，蝴蝶才会生出一双美丽坚挺而又轻薄的翅翼。只有痛苦的磨砺才铸就了美丽的飞翔。

      愿我们也做一只破茧而出的蝴蝶，珍惜磨砺和痛苦，因为只有磨难才能铸就我们一双会飞的美丽的翅膀。

      Abood送给我的Live Strong的手环上，还有他的味道——他车里的味道，头发上的味道，两年来一直没变的他的味道。他的眼睛是那么迷人明亮，脸庞是那么俊美可爱，身材是那么修长，心地是那么可爱纯净，那么阳光。每一次和他在一起，都像梦幻般的童话。两个人在一起，像幼儿园里的两个孩子，很开心，忘记一切的开心。超过语言，感受着特别的心有灵犀。我们都喜欢意大利，喜欢意大利菜，都想去那里旅游。我们不约而同买了American Eagle同一个style的jeans。每次他把我抱起来，搂着他脖子的时候，看着他调皮的笑，让我觉得我们仿佛是在海滩上玩耍的两个孩子。他的笑容是那么甜美，甜美得醉人。他的心地有荡漾的温柔。我不知道为什么来自两个相隔遥远的国度，彼此却会有一种特别的亲切和喜欢，超过我认识的中国男生、美国男生、韩国男生。他是上帝的杰作。那曾经的美好，不知何时会渐渐褪色，只希望他能一直拥有幸福和平安。

      早上，读完约翰福音的最后几章，看到主耶稣的死而复活，虽然为得胜感到欢欣，但也为主所经历的残酷痛苦的过程感到悲伤。又想到自己时至今日，因为懒惰不思进取，仍然在各种场合重复犯着语法错误，guidance和looking forward to doing，心中感到被咬啮的悔恨。将去将来，即将离开Lansing，离开已经熟悉的地方和这么多好朋友，虽知大家仍会在心灵中为彼此守候，但是仍然有些感伤。希望从今而后，自己做每一件事都能精益求精，不再得过且过，马马虎虎，希望自己真的能从灵里和行为洁净自己，过新面貌的人生。

      今天元昌兄弟说，女人不是用来理解的，而是用来呵护的，女人是不能理解的。说的真是太好了！

      下午从图书馆出来回家，坐在学校的bus上，头枕着车窗，闭上眼睛，隔绝了尘世的喧嚣，享受着温暖的阳光，仿佛天父的爱。从今开始，I'm a Christian now.
